and your participation in the WASPEN 2026 Clinical Nutrition Conference.

  • All participants must complete the official registration process
  • Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment (where applicable)
  • WASPEN reserves the right to accept or decline any registration

 

  1. Fees and Payments
  • All conference fees must be paid using approved payment methods
  • Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Paystack, Remita)
  • WASPEN is not responsible for payment gateway errors or delays

⚠All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.

 

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Registration fees are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to:

  • WASPEN reserves the right to determine refund eligibility
  • If the event is canceled or significantly altered by WASPEN, participants may be eligible for:
    • Partial or full refunds, or

By submitting an abstract, you agree that:

  • Your work is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • You grant WASPEN the right to:
    • Review, publish, and present your submission
    • Include your work in conference materials and publications
  • WASPEN reserves the right to edit or reject submissions

 

  1. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • Comply with all venue and event rules

WASPEN reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

 

  1. Event Changes

WASPEN reserves the right to:

  • Modify the conference programme, speakers, or schedule
  • Change venue or format (including virtual or hybrid options)
  • Cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • WASPEN shall not be liable for:
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
    • Personal injury or property damage during the event

Participants attend and participate at their own risk.

WASPEN is not responsible for health-related incidents beyond its reasonable control.
